The payment method I prefer to use is not available

We currently offer UPI for your iCash.One account top-ups, and Bank Transfer for Withdrawals.

If the payment method you were using is no longer available in our app, it's because we no longer offer it as a payment option. In this case, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to enable its use.

However, if for some reason the payment method is temporarily out of service, you will still see it available in the app, but with a warning message indicating that it is out of service and will be re-enabled in the coming days.

In either case, don't worry, we have more deposit methods available for you to try! At checkout, all currently available payment methods will be displayed for you to choose from.

We are always working to get new payment methods available for users, as well as improving the ones already available!
