This promotion is available only to users who:

• Are over 18 years old
• Have an active, verified, and unrestricted account

📆 When is the promotion running?
The promotion runs from April 3rd to April 30th, 2026.

⏳ How long does the Gold status last?
The Gold tier upgrade is valid for two (2) weeks from the date you receive the promotion notification.

💰 What are the benefits of being Gold?
As a Gold member, you will:
• Earn 0.7 iCoins per $1 deposited
• Access exclusive campaigns and promotions
• Accumulate rewards faster within the iCash.One ecosystem

🔄 What happens after the promotion ends?
After the promotion or once the 2-week period ends, your tier may be maintained, upgraded, or downgraded depending on whether you meet the standard Loyalty Program requirements.

❗ Why didn’t I receive the Gold upgrade?
You may not be eligible if:
• You did not receive direct communication about the promotion
• Your account is not verified, active, or is restricted
• You do not meet internal eligibility criteria based on your activity
