📌 What is the Welcome Boost Promotion?
The Welcome Boost Promotion is a limited-time campaign organized by iCash.One, running from May 29th to June 11th, 2026.
As part of this promotion, selected eligible users will receive a one-time promotional credit of USD 5.55 (or the equivalent amount in local currency) directly in their iCash.One account.
This credit is intended to be used exclusively through the iCash.One app on the eligible merchant websites mentioned in the promotional communication received by the user.
The promotion is available only during the official promotional period and is subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions.
🧩 Who is eligible for the promotion?
To qualify for the Welcome Boost Promotion, users must meet all of the following conditions:
● Have an active iCash.One account
● Complete account verification requirements
● Be at least 18 years old
● Have received direct communication from iCash.One regarding this promotion
● Meet the eligibility criteria determined internally by iCash.One based on account and transaction history
Please note that eligibility is determined exclusively by iCash.One and participation is limited to selected users only.
Accounts that are suspended, restricted, inactive, or not fully verified may not qualify for the promotion.
💸 When will I receive the credit?
Eligible users will receive the promotional credit automatically on May 29th, 2026.
No manual claim, registration, or additional action is required to receive the reward. Once credited, the balance will appear directly in the user’s iCash.One account.
In some cases, there may be a short processing delay due to operational or technical reasons.
⏳ How long is the credit valid?
The promotional credit will remain available until June 11th, 2026, inclusive.
If the credit is not fully used before the end of the promotional period, any remaining unused balance will automatically expire and be removed from the account.
After the expiration date, the promotional credit can no longer be recovered, reactivated, or used for transactions.
🏦 Where can I use the credit?
The promotional credit may only be used on the eligible merchant websites specified in the communication sent by iCash.One.
Transactions must be completed through the iCash.One Digital Application in order to use the credit successfully.
The reward cannot be used outside of the approved merchants or for purposes other than those established within the promotion.
🚫 Can I withdraw the credit?
No.
The promotional credit is non-withdrawable and cannot be converted into cash, transferred to another user, or redeemed outside of eligible merchant transactions.
The credit is intended exclusively for promotional use within the iCash.One ecosystem.
❗ Why didn’t I receive the credit?
There are several possible reasons why the promotional credit may not have been received:
● You did not receive direct communication about the promotion
● Your account does not meet the eligibility requirements established by iCash.One
● Your account is inactive, unverified, suspended, or restricted
● You exceeded the maximum monthly promotional rewards limit
● Your account was excluded from the campaign based on internal eligibility or compliance criteria
Eligibility decisions are made solely by iCash.One in accordance with the Promotion Terms & Conditions.
📊 Is there a limit on promotional rewards?
Yes.
iCash.One applies a monthly promotional rewards cap across all active promotional campaigns.
The total combined amount of rewards, cashback, bonuses, and promotional credits received by a user cannot exceed USD 50 per calendar month (or the equivalent in local currency), excluding lottery-based campaigns.
If a user reaches this limit before the end of the month, additional promotional rewards from other active campaigns may not be credited.
⚠️ Can the promotion be modified or canceled?
Yes.
iCash.One reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate the promotion at any time, either partially or entirely, without prior notice.
iCash.One also reserves the right to disqualify users in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations, or eligibility concerns.
