During this period, eligible users can receive 50% cashback on their next qualifying deposit made through iCash.One with any affiliated merchant. The cashback is capped at a maximum reward of USD 10.60 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
This promotion is designed as a one-time opportunity, meaning each eligible user can benefit from it only once during the promotion period.
🧩 Who is eligible for this promotion?
To participate in this promotion, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Have a registered iCash.One account
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have an active, fully verified account (not suspended, restricted, or under review)
- Have received direct communication from iCash.One about this promotion (such as email, push notification, or in-app message)
- Meet eligibility criteria based on iCash.One’s internal records and transaction history
Please note that eligibility is determined solely by iCash.One, and not all users may qualify for this campaign.
💸 How is the cashback calculated and credited?
The cashback is calculated automatically by the iCash.One system as 50% of your qualifying deposit amount.
For example:
- If you deposit USD 10 → you receive USD 5 cashback
- If you deposit USD 30 → you receive USD 10.60 cashback (maximum cap reached)
Once your deposit is successfully completed, the cashback will be credited directly to your iCash.One account balance. No manual action or claim is required from your side.
The credited cashback can be used for transactions with affiliated merchants, in accordance with iCash.One policies.
⏳ When will I receive my cashback?
The cashback is typically credited shortly after your deposit is successfully processed.
However, in some cases, there may be slight delays due to:
- System processing times
- Technical issues
- Third-party or operational dependencies
If you do not see the cashback immediately, we recommend waiting a short period before contacting support.
🔁 Can I receive cashback more than once?
No. This promotion is strictly limited to one (1) qualifying deposit per eligible user.
Once the cashback has been successfully credited to your account, the promotion is considered fully used (exhausted) for your profile, and no additional cashback will be granted under this campaign.
📅 What happens if I deposit outside the promotion period?
Only deposits made between April 24th and May 7th (inclusive) are eligible for this promotion.
Any deposits made:
- Before April 24th, or
- After May 7th
will not qualify for cashback under this campaign, even if all other conditions are met.
❗ Why didn’t I receive the cashback?
There are several reasons why cashback may not have been credited to your account:
- You did not meet the eligibility criteria
- You did not receive direct communication about the promotion
- Your deposit was made outside the promotion period
- Your account is not verified, inactive, restricted, or suspended
- The deposit did not qualify under internal validation rules
