📌 What is the First Move: Welcome Credit Promotion?

The First Move: Welcome Credit Promotion is a promotional campaign organized by iCash.One that grants eligible users a one-time credit of USD 5.5 (or the equivalent in local currency, according to iCash.One’s system conversion rates).

This credit is deposited directly into the user’s iCash.One account and can only be used for transactions with iCash.One affiliated merchants through the app.

The promotion is valid from May 18th, 2026 through May 31st, 2026, both dates inclusive.

🧩 Who is eligible to participate?

To qualify for this promotion, users must meet all of the following conditions:

• Have an account in the iCash.One Digital Application
• Be over 18 years old
• Hold a valid, active, and fully verified iCash.One account
• The account must not be subject to restriction or suspension
• Have received direct communication from iCash.One informing them about this promotion

Additionally, iCash.One reserves the right to determine final eligibility based on its internal records and transaction history.

💸 When will I receive the promotional credit?

Eligible users will receive the promotional credit automatically on May 18th, 2026.

No manual activation, redemption, or additional action is required.

The credit will be reflected directly in your iCash.One account balance.

⏳ Until when can I use the credit?

The promotional credit will remain available until May 31st, 2026.

If the credit is not used within this period:

• It will automatically expire
• It will no longer be available for transactions
• The equivalent amount may be deducted from any available account balance, depending on the currency applied by iCash.One’s system

After the expiration date, the credit cannot be reinstated.

🛍️ How can I use the credit?

The promotional credit may only be used for transactions made with iCash.One affiliated merchants through the iCash.One Digital Application.

It cannot be used for any other purpose outside the platform.

🚫 Can I withdraw the credit as cash?

No.

This promotional credit is strictly non-withdrawable and cannot be:

• Cashed out
• Transferred
• Converted into cash
• Used outside eligible merchant transactions

💰 Is there a maximum rewards limit?

Yes.

iCash.One applies a monthly aggregate rewards cap of USD 50 (or local equivalent) per user.

This cap includes the total amount received across all active promotional campaigns during the same calendar month.

Important:

• Once the monthly cap is reached, additional rewards from other promotions will not be credited
• The monthly limit resets on the first day of each calendar month

Lottery-based campaigns are excluded from this limit.

❗ Why didn’t I receive the credit?

You may not have received the promotional credit for one of the following reasons:

• You did not receive direct communication about the campaign
• Your account does not meet eligibility requirements
• Your account is restricted, suspended, or not fully verified
• You reached the monthly promotional rewards cap
• iCash.One determined that your transaction history does not qualify

Eligibility is determined solely by iCash.One.

🔄 Can this promotion be combined with other promotions?

Not necessarily.

According to the Terms & Conditions, iCash.One reserves the right to exclude this promotion from being cumulative with previous, current, or future promotions.
