The Gold Boost Promotion is a limited-time campaign organized by iCash.One that grants selected eligible users an automatic temporary upgrade to the Gold loyalty tier.

📅 When is the promotion running?

The official promotion period begins on May 20th, 2026, and ends on June 2nd, 2026, both dates included.

During this time, eligible users may receive communication from iCash.One informing them that they have been selected for the promotion.

Please note that although the promotion is active during these dates, each eligible user’s Gold Tier status lasts for two weeks starting from the date they receive the promotional communication, not necessarily for the entire campaign period.

👤 Who is eligible to participate?

Participation in The Gold Boost Promotion is limited to users who meet all of the following requirements:

● You must have an active iCash.One account
● Your account must be fully verified
● Your account must not be suspended, restricted, or under review
● You must have received direct communication from iCash.One about this promotion
● Your eligibility must be confirmed based on iCash.One’s internal records and transaction history

Eligibility is determined solely by iCash.One.

Receiving general information about the promotion does not automatically qualify a user to participate.

💰 What are the benefits of Gold Tier?

Users upgraded through this promotion will receive the standard benefits associated with Gold membership under the iCash.One Loyalty Program.

These benefits include:

0.7 iCoins for every $1 deposited

This allows Gold users to accumulate rewards faster compared to lower loyalty tiers.

In addition, Gold members may receive:

⏳ How long does Gold status last?

Gold Tier status granted through this promotion remains active for two weeks from the date the eligible user receives the promotional communication from iCash.One.

The two-week period is individual to each eligible user and starts when the communication is sent.

For example, if a user receives the promotion notification on May 22nd, their Gold status will remain active for two weeks starting from that date.

🔄 What happens after the two-week Gold period ends?

Once the promotional Gold access expires, the user’s loyalty tier will no longer be guaranteed.

At that point, the account will be evaluated according to the standard iCash.One Loyalty Program rules.

Depending on whether the user meets the regular requirements, their tier may:

● Remain at Gold
● Be upgraded to a higher tier
● Be downgraded to a lower tier

Tier status after the promotion depends entirely on the user’s account activity and qualification under the regular loyalty system.

❓Why didn’t I receive the Gold upgrade?

If your account was not upgraded, it may be because one or more of the following applies:

● You did not receive direct promotional communication from iCash.One
● Your account is not fully verified
● Your account is inactive, suspended, or restricted
● Your transaction history did not meet the internal eligibility criteria established for this promotion

Since eligibility is determined internally by iCash.One based on account records, not all users will qualify.

No.

Eligible users do not need to complete any additional steps to activate the promotion.

If your account qualifies, the Gold Tier upgrade is applied automatically after you receive the official communication from iCash.One.
