Only balance additions successfully completed within this period will be considered for the promotion.

Transactions made before or after these dates will not qualify for the reward.

To qualify for this promotion, users must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Hold a valid iCash.One account
• Have an account that is active, fully verified, and not restricted or suspended
• Have received direct communication from iCash.One regarding this promotion, or have accessed it through official iCash.One communication channels

Please note that iCash.One reserves the right to determine eligibility based on internal records, transaction history, compliance checks, and applicable internal policies.

Meeting the general criteria does not automatically guarantee participation if internal eligibility requirements are not met.

💸 How is the reward calculated?

Eligible users will receive a reward equal to 30% of the amount added to their iCash.One balance during the promotional period.

Example:
If you add USD 100 to your balance, you may receive USD 30 as a promotional reward, provided all eligibility conditions are met and monthly promotional limits have not been reached.

The final reward amount is subject to any applicable internal limits, eligible top-up methods, and exchange rate adjustments where local currency conversions apply.

⏳ When will I receive my reward?

Rewards are credited automatically to eligible users’ iCash.One accounts.

The crediting process follows iCash.One’s standard internal processing timelines and operational procedures.

In some cases, there may be a short delay due to system processing, operational reviews, or other internal verification steps.

🏦 Can I withdraw the reward?

No.

Rewards granted under this promotion are non-withdrawable.

The credited reward may only be used for transactions with iCash.One affiliated merchants through the iCash.One Digital Application.

It cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred for any other purpose unless otherwise expressly determined by iCash.One.

⚠️ Is there a maximum reward limit?

Yes.

A global monthly promotional cap applies to all active iCash.One campaigns.

The total aggregate amount of rewards, cashback, and promotional benefits credited to a user’s account across all active promotions cannot exceed USD 50 per calendar month (or the equivalent in local currency).

Important details:

• The cap applies across multiple active promotions
• The cap resets on the first day of each calendar month
• Once the monthly cap is reached, no additional rewards will be credited until the next reset period

Lottery-based campaigns are excluded from this monthly cap.

There are several possible reasons why a reward may not have been credited:

• Your account is not fully verified
• Your account is restricted, suspended, or inactive
• You are not eligible for this promotion based on internal criteria
• You did not complete the balance addition during the promotion period
• You have already reached the monthly promotional reward cap
• The transaction did not meet applicable internal validation requirements
• Reward processing is still pending

Yes.

iCash.One reserves the right to revoke, cancel, or deduct rewards obtained through:

• Fraudulent activity

• Manipulation attempts
