🎁 What is the Welcome Boost Promotion?
The Welcome Boost Promotion is a limited-time promotional campaign organized by iCash.One.
During the promotion period, eligible users will receive a one-time promotional credit of USD 5.55 (or the equivalent amount in local currency, based on iCash.One system conversion rates) directly in their iCash.One account.
This credit is intended to be used exclusively on the merchant websites specified in the promotional communication received from iCash.One and through the iCash.One Digital Application.
The promotion is available from May 22nd, 2026, until June 4th, 2026, both dates inclusive.
🧩 Who is eligible for the promotion?
To participate in the Welcome Boost Promotion and receive the promotional credit, users must meet all of the following conditions:
● Have a registered iCash.One account
● Be at least 18 years old
● Have an active and fully verified iCash.One account
● Ensure the account is not suspended, restricted, or limited in any way
● Have received direct communication from iCash.One regarding this specific promotion
● Meet the eligibility criteria determined internally by iCash.One based on account records and transaction history
Please note that eligibility is determined solely by iCash.One.
💸 What reward will eligible users receive?
Eligible users will receive a one-time promotional credit of:
● USD 5.55, or
● The equivalent amount in local currency, based on iCash.One conversion rates
The reward is credited directly to the user’s iCash.One account.
This promotional credit is granted only once per eligible user.
📅 When will the credit be added to my account?
The promotional credit will be credited to eligible accounts on May 22nd, 2026.
In some cases, there may be slight delays due to operational or technical processing times.
⏳ How long is the promotional credit valid?
The promotional credit will remain available from May 22nd, 2026, until June 4th, 2026.
Any unused balance remaining after the expiration date will automatically expire and will no longer be available in the account balance.
Once expired:
● The promotional credit cannot be recovered
● The unused amount will automatically lapse
● The equivalent value will be deducted from the account balance
🏦 Can I withdraw the USD 5.55 promotional credit?
No.
The promotional credit is strictly non-withdrawable and cannot be converted into cash.
The balance may only be used for transactions on the merchant websites specified in the promotional communication and completed through the iCash.One Digital Application.
The credit cannot be:
● Withdrawn to a bank account
● Transferred as cash
● Redeemed outside the approved merchant websites
● Used for purposes other than those established in the promotion
📌 Is there a limit to promotional rewards?
Yes.
iCash.One applies a combined monthly promotional rewards limit across all active campaigns and promotions.
The total amount of rewards, cashback, benefits, or promotional credits received through active promotions cannot exceed:
● USD 50 per calendar month
● Or the equivalent amount in local currency
This monthly cap applies collectively across all eligible promotions, except for lottery-based campaigns.
If a user reaches the monthly limit before the end of the month:
● Additional promotional rewards may not be credited
● Additional cashback or benefits may be rejected automatically
The monthly cap resets on the first day of each calendar month.
❗ Why didn’t I receive the promotional credit?
There are several possible reasons why the credit may not appear in your account:
● You did not receive direct communication about the promotion
● Your account is not fully verified
● Your account is inactive, restricted, suspended, or limited
● You do not meet the internal eligibility requirements established by iCash.One
● You already reached the monthly promotional rewards limit of USD 50
● Technical, operational, or processing delays may temporarily affect the crediting process
Eligibility and participation are determined exclusively by iCash.One according to internal records and compliance criteria.
🙋 Do I need to complete any action to redeem the reward?
No additional action is required.
If you are eligible for the promotion, the promotional credit will be automatically added to your iCash.One account.
Users simply need to:
● Log into their account
● Use the balance before the expiration date
● Complete transactions through the approved merchant websites
⚠️ Can iCash.One modify or cancel the promotion?
Yes.
According to the Terms & Conditions, iCash.One reserves the right to:
● Modify the promotion
● Suspend the promotion
● Terminate the promotion
● Restrict or exclude users from participation
These actions may be taken at iCash.One’s sole discretion and without prior notice.
iCash.One may also disqualify users if fraudulent activity, abuse, or suspicious behavior is detected.
