My Withdrawal is not showing in my bank account, what should I do?

Each payment method has an estimated approval time. Even though Withdrawals are generally instant, the confirmation and approval of the transaction will depend on the bank transfer processing times.

If your Withdrawal has a Pending status in the iCash.One app, please note it can take up to 3 business days to be completed.

If your Withdrawal has a Completed status in the iCash.One app, but you don’t see the funds available in your bank account, please allow for an additional 24 hours, as this is the time that your bank may take to show the transaction reflected on your account. If the funds haven’t been credited after 24 hours of the Withdrawal showing as Completed in your iCash.One account, take a screenshot of your transaction in the iCash.One app and get your bank account statement in PDF format (it must show the account holder’s name, account number, and show movements of the account starting the day prior to your transaction, and up to the current date). Once you have this information, just send them through this same email thread. One of our agents will check with our provider and get back to you as soon as possible!
