Can I cancel my transfer?

It depends. Whether you can cancel a transfer depends on a couple of things:

• The type of payment method you used
• How far along the transfer is

Once a transfer is being processed or marked as completed, it usually can’t be cancelled.

How to check if your transfer is cancellable:

1. Open the iCash.One app.
2. Go to your Transactions list.
3. Tap the transfer you want to cancel to open the Transfer Tracker.
4. If the transfer is still eligible, you'll see a Cancel button.
5. Tap Cancel and follow the steps to confirm.

🔔 Don’t see the Cancel button?

That means your transfer has already been processed or completed and can't be cancelled.

What if the transfer is already completed?

If your transfer shows as Completed, it's final and can’t be reversed.
