📌 What is the Wheel of Wonders (Rewards Wheel)?
The Wheel of Wonders is a promotion available in the iCash.One app where eligible users can spin a virtual wheel to receive a reward assigned automatically as part of a loyalty and engagement program.

🗓️ When is the promotion available?
The promotion is active starting February 5th, 2026, and will continue until iCash.One communicates its termination.

🎡 How many times can I spin the wheel?
Eligible users can receive up to one (1) spin per day. Additional spins may be granted only through specific loyalty initiatives.

🎁 How are rewards assigned?
Rewards are determined automatically by iCash.One’s systems based on internal criteria. The result is final and cannot be changed or reviewed.

💸 Can I withdraw or transfer my reward?
No. Rewards cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to another user, or exchanged. They can only be used with iCash.One affiliated merchants.

👤 Who is eligible to participate?
To participate, you must:

• Have an active iCash.One account

• Be at least 18 years old

• Complete identity verification

• Have no account restrictions or suspensions

Participation may also be limited to users who received direct or in-app communication about the promotion.

❗ Why don’t I see the Rewards Wheel in my app?
You may not see it if your account is not eligible, verified, or if the promotion is not currently available for your profile.
