📌 What is the 3% Cashback Multimerchant Promotion?

The 3% Cashback Multimerchant Promotion is an iCash.One promotion that rewards you with 3% cashback on each qualifying deposit you make at any merchant affiliated with iCash.One during your Eligibility Period.

🗓️ When does the promotion run?

The promotion became effective on October 14th, 2026, and remains valid until iCash.One communicates its termination, suspension, or modification.

For each eligible user, the promotion applies for fourteen (14) days from the date you receive direct communication about this promotion (your "Eligibility Period"). Deposits made outside your Eligibility Period will not qualify for cashback.

👤 Who is eligible?

• You must have an active iCash.One Digital Application account
• You must be over 18 years old
• Your account must be active, duly verified, and not subject to suspension or restriction
• You must have received direct communication about this promotion
• You must make a qualifying deposit using the iCash.One Digital Application at an affiliated merchant during your Eligibility Period

🎁 What benefit can I receive?

You will receive 3% cashback on each deposit made at any merchant affiliated with iCash.One during your Eligibility Period, subject to a maximum total reward of 50 USD (or the equivalent in local currency as determined by iCash.One's system conversion rates).

💰 How will I receive the reward?

The cashback will be credited directly to your iCash.One Digital Application Account balance. Cashback is calculated automatically by iCash.One's system based on the amount you deposit.

⏳ When will I receive the reward?

The cashback will be credited to your account immediately once each deposit has been made, provided that no technical or processing delays occur.

🚫 Can I withdraw or transfer the reward?

The cashback is credited to your account balance and is subject to the terms and conditions of your iCash.One account. Once you reach the maximum total reward of 50 USD during your Eligibility Period, no further cashback will be granted, even if you make additional deposits.

Additionally, the total aggregate amount of rewards, cashbacks, and benefits credited to your account through any and all active promotional campaigns shall not exceed 50 USD per calendar month (the "Monthly Cap"). This limit applies globally across all concurrent promotions, with the exception of rewards from iCash.One's lottery-based campaigns. The Monthly Cap resets on the first day of each calendar month.

❗ Why didn't I receive the reward?

You may not have received the cashback for one or more of the following reasons:

• You did not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., account not verified, under 18 years old, or account suspended)
• You did not receive direct communication about the promotion
• Your deposit was made outside your 14-day Eligibility Period
• You had already reached the maximum 50 USD cashback limit for your Eligibility Period
• You had already reached the monthly promotional reward cap of 50 USD for the calendar month
• Your account was found to be in violation of the promotion terms or other requirements
• Suspected or intended fraud, manipulation, or abuse was detected on your account
• iCash.One required KYC documentation that was not satisfactorily completed
• Technical or processing delays occurred
