• Your account was found to be in violation of the promotion terms or other requirements
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or abuse of the promotion
• iCash.One has restricted, suspended, or excluded you from participating in promotional campaigns based on internal eligibility criteria, risk assessment, or compliance considerations
• Technical, operational, or communication failures prevented the cashback from being credited
