Rewards are not automatically assigned—you must take action to receive them.

• Have an active iCash.One account
• Be at least 18 years old
• Complete identity verification (KYC)
• Have an account that is not restricted, suspended, or closed
• Receive a Promo Code through an official iCash.One channel

❗ Why didn’t I receive or can’t redeem a Promo Code?

This may happen if:

• You did not receive a Promo Code through official channels

• Your account is restricted, suspended, or not fully verified

iCash.One also reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.

💸 Where will my reward be credited?

Any reward you receive will be credited directly to your iCash.One account within the app.
