📌 What is the Welcome Boost Promotion?

The Welcome Boost Promotion is a special offer available to selected iCash.One users who receive a direct invitation from iCash.One.

Eligible users will receive a one-time promotional credit of USD 5.55 (or the equivalent amount in local currency, based on iCash.One's system conversion rates). The credit is added directly to the user's iCash.One account and can only be used for transactions on the eligible merchant websites specified in the promotional communication through the iCash.One app.

🧩 Who is eligible for the promotion?

To qualify for the Welcome Boost Promotion, you must:

• Have an active iCash.One account.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a verified account that is not suspended or restricted.
• Have received direct communication from iCash.One inviting you to participate in the promotion.
• Meet the eligibility requirements determined by iCash.One based on its internal records and transaction history.

Eligibility is determined solely by iCash.One.

💸 When will I receive the promotional credit?

If you are eligible, the promotional credit will be added automatically to your iCash.One account.

Once the credit has been applied, iCash.One will send you a confirmation informing you that the credit is available to use.

⏳ How long can I use the credit?

The promotional credit is valid for 14 days from the date you receive the confirmation that it has been credited to your account.

If the credit is not used within this period, it will automatically expire. Any unused amount will be removed from your account and will no longer be available.

🏦 Can I withdraw the promotional credit?

No.

The promotional credit is non-withdrawable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used for any purpose other than transactions on the eligible merchant websites specified in the promotional communication through the iCash.One app.

❗ Why didn't I receive the promotional credit?

There are several reasons why you may not have received the credit, including:

• You did not receive direct communication from iCash.One about the promotion.
• Your account is not active or verified.
• Your account is suspended or restricted.
• You do not meet the eligibility requirements established by iCash.One based on its internal records and transaction history.
• You have reached the maximum monthly promotional reward limit.

If you believe you meet the requirements but have not received the credit, please contact our Support Team.

💰 Is there a limit on promotional rewards?

Yes.

The total value of promotional rewards, cashback, and benefits credited to your iCash.One account through all active promotional campaigns cannot exceed USD 50 per calendar month (or the equivalent amount in local currency).

This monthly limit applies across all eligible promotions, except for rewards earned through iCash.One lottery-based campaigns.

If you reach the monthly limit before the end of the month, any additional promotional rewards will not be credited.

🙋 Do I need to claim or activate the credit?

No.

If you are eligible for the Welcome Boost Promotion, the promotional credit will be credited to your account automatically. No additional action is required to receive it.

You simply need to use the credit before the 14-day validity period expires.
