The We Miss You Promotion is a special campaign where eligible users receive a one-time USD 5 credit (or the equivalent in local currency) directly into their iCash.One account.
🧩 Who is eligible?
To qualify, you must:
- Have an active and verified iCash.One account.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have received direct communication from iCash.One.
- Meet the eligibility requirements determined by iCash.One based on its internal records.
💸 When will I receive the credit?
If you're eligible, the promotional credit will be automatically added to your iCash.One account.
You'll receive a notification confirming that the credit has been applied.
⏳ How long is the credit valid?
The credit is valid for 30 days from the date you receive the notification confirming it has been credited.
Any unused balance will automatically expire after that period.
🚫 Can I withdraw the promotional credit?
No.
The credit can only be used for transactions with iCash.One affiliated merchants and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
❓ Why didn't I receive the credit?
You may not receive the credit if:
- You did not receive direct communication about the promotion.
- Your account is not active or verified.
- Your account is suspended or restricted.
- You do not meet iCash.One's internal eligibility requirements.

This promotion is not cumulative with previous or future promotions or Loyalty Program status changes.
