📌 What is the Welcome Boost Promotion?

The Welcome Boost Promotion is operated by iCash.One and grants eligible users a one-time credit that can be used for transactions on established merchant websites through the iCash.One Digital Application.

🗓️ When does the promotion run?

This is an always-on promotion. The credit is valid for 14 days from the date you receive it. After this period, any unused credit will be forfeited and automatically deducted from your account.

👤 Who is eligible?

• You must have an active iCash.One Digital Application account
• You must be over 18 years old
• Your account must be active, duly verified, and not subject to suspension or restriction
• You must have received direct communication about this promotion from iCash.One
• iCash.One reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion based on its records and transaction history

🎁 What benefit can I receive?

You will receive a one-time credit in an amount communicated by iCash.One (or the equivalent in your local currency, as determined by iCash.One's system conversion rates). The credit can only be used on the established merchant websites mentioned in the communication you receive.

💰 How will I receive the reward?

The credit will be credited directly to your iCash.One account. You will receive a communication from iCash.One confirming that the credit has been credited to your account.

⏳ When will I receive the reward?

The credit is credited to your account immediately upon eligibility. You will have 14 days from the date of the confirmation communication to use the credit.

🚫 Can I withdraw or transfer the reward?

No. The credit is non-withdrawable for cash or any other purpose. It can only be used for transactions on the established merchant websites specified in your promotion communication. If the credit remains unused after 14 days, it will be forfeited and the equivalent amount will be automatically deducted from your account.

❗ Why didn't I receive the reward?

You may not have received the reward for one or more of the following reasons:

• You do not meet the eligibility requirements (age, account status, verification)
• You did not receive direct communication about the promotion from iCash.One
• Your account is suspended or restricted
• You have already received a one-time credit under this promotion
• You have reached the monthly promotional reward cap of USD 50 per calendar month across all active promotions
• iCash.One determined you ineligible based on its records, transaction history, or internal eligibility criteria
• The promotion is not available for your user profile
