📌 What is the 1% Cashback Promotion?

The 1% Cashback Promotion is an offer from iCash.One that rewards eligible users with 1% cashback on each qualifying deposit made at any merchant affiliated with iCash.One. The cashback is calculated automatically by iCash.One's system and credited directly to your Digital Application Account.

🗓️ When does the promotion run?

The promotion runs from October 15th, 2026 to November 17th, 2026, both dates inclusive.

👤 Who is eligible?

• You must have an account in iCash.One Digital Application
• You must be over 18 years old
• You must hold a valid iCash.One account that is active, duly verified, and not subject to suspension or restriction
• You must have received direct communication about this Promotion
• You must make a qualifying deposit using iCash.One Digital Application at any merchant affiliated with iCash.One during the Promotion Period

iCash.One reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion based on your transaction history.

🎁 What benefit can I receive?

You will receive 1% cashback on each deposit made at any merchant affiliated with iCash.One during the Promotion Period. The maximum total cashback you can receive throughout the entire Promotion Period is 500 USD (or the equivalent in local currency as determined by iCash.One's system conversion rates). Once you reach this limit, no further cashback will be granted, even if you make additional deposits.

💰 How will I receive the reward?

The cashback will be credited directly to your iCash.One Digital Application Account balance.

⏳ When will I receive the reward?

The cashback will be credited to your account immediately once each deposit has been made, provided that no technical or processing delays occur.

🚫 Can I withdraw or transfer the reward?

The cashback is credited to your account balance and is subject to the terms and conditions of your iCash.One account. Please note that there is a Monthly Promotional Reward Cap: the total aggregate amount of rewards, cashbacks, and benefits credited to your account through any and all active promotional campaigns shall not exceed USD 50 per calendar month (with the exception of rewards from iCash.One's lottery-based campaigns). This monthly limit resets on the 1st of each calendar month. If you reach the monthly cap before the end of the month, any additional rewards or cashbacks that would otherwise be credited under any active promotion will not be accrued or credited.

❗ Why didn't I receive the reward?

You may not have received the reward for one or more of the following reasons:

• You did not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., account not verified, not over 18, account suspended or restricted)
• You did not receive direct communication about this Promotion
• You did not make a qualifying deposit during the Promotion Period
• You have already reached the maximum total cashback limit of 500 USD for the entire Promotion Period
• You have already reached the Monthly Promotional Reward Cap of USD 50 for the current calendar month
• Your account was found to be in violation of the promotion terms or other iCash.One requirements
• Suspected or intended fraud, manipulation, or abuse was detected on your account
• Technical or processing delays occurred
• iCash.One restricted, suspended, or excluded you from participating in the promotion based on internal eligibility criteria, risk assessment, or compliance considerations
