The 100% Cashback Promotion is an exclusive offer from iCash.One that rewards you with 100% cashback on each qualifying top-up of your iCash.One Digital Application account. This means you get back the full amount you top up, up to a maximum total reward of 5 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency).

The promotion is effective from October 30th, 2026 until November 12th, 2026, both dates inclusive.

👤 Who is eligible?

• You must have an active iCash.One Digital Application account
• You must be over 18 years old
• Your account must be active, duly verified, and not subject to suspension or restriction
• You must have received direct communication about this Promotion
• You must make a qualifying top-up during the Promotion Period
• iCash.One reserves the right to determine your eligibility based on your transaction history

🎁 What benefit can I receive?

You will receive 100% cashback on each qualifying top-up you make during the Promotion Period. The maximum total cashback you can receive throughout the entire Promotion Period is 5 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency as determined by iCash.One's system conversion rates).

💰 How will I receive the reward?

The cashback will be credited directly to your iCash.One Digital Application account balance. The amount is calculated automatically by iCash.One's system based on the amount you top up.

⏳ When will I receive the reward?

The cashback will be credited to your account immediately once each top-up has been completed, provided that no technical or processing delays occur.

🚫 Can I withdraw or transfer the reward?

The cashback is credited to your iCash.One account balance and is subject to the terms and conditions of your account. Once you reach the maximum total reward of 5 USD (or equivalent in local currency), no further cashback will be granted, even if you make additional top-ups during the Promotion Period.

❗ Why didn't I receive the reward?

There are several reasons why you may not have received the cashback:

• You did not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., account not verified, under 18 years old, or account suspended)
• You did not receive direct communication about this Promotion
• You did not make a qualifying top-up during the Promotion Period
• You have already reached the maximum total reward of 5 USD for the Promotion Period
• You have reached the Monthly Promotional Reward Cap of USD 50 per calendar month across all active promotions
• Your account was found to be in violation of the promotion terms or iCash.One's requirements
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or abuse of the Promotion
• Technical or processing delays occurred
• iCash.One has restricted, suspended, or excluded you from participating in promotions
