📌 What is the Raffle Promotion?

The Raffle Promotion is a monthly raffle run by iCash.One that gives you the chance to win credit by making deposits at affiliated merchants. For every USD 10 (or equivalent in local currency) you deposit during the promotion period, you receive one raffle ticket. The more tickets you have, the higher your chances of winning.

🗓️ When does the promotion run?

The Raffle Promotion runs on a recurring monthly basis in two independent periods:

• First Period: 1st to 15th day of each calendar month (inclusive)
• Second Period: 16th to the last day of each calendar month (inclusive)

Each period has its own separate raffle draw on the last day of that period.

👤 Who is eligible?

• You must have an active iCash.One Digital Application account
• You must be over 18 years old
• Your account must be active, duly verified, and not subject to suspension, restriction, or closure at the time of crediting
• You must have received direct communication about this promotion from iCash.One
• You must make a deposit of at least USD 10 (or equivalent in local currency) at an iCash.One affiliated merchant during the applicable Period

🎁 What benefit can I receive?

Each raffle period, a total of USD 5,000 (or equivalent in local currency) is distributed among 100 prizes. If you win, you receive credit that can be used for transactions with affiliated iCash.One merchants.

💰 How will I receive the reward?

If you win the raffle, iCash.One will notify you directly. The credit will be credited to your iCash.One Digital Application account and can be used immediately for transactions with affiliated merchants through the app.

⏳ When will I receive the reward?

The raffle draw takes place on the last day of each Period (15th of the month for the First Period, and the last calendar day for the Second Period). Winners are notified after the draw is completed.

🚫 Can I withdraw or transfer the reward?

No. The credit is non-withdrawable and non-transferable. It can only be used for transactions with affiliated iCash.One merchants through the iCash.One Digital Application and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.

❗ Why didn't I receive the reward?

• You did not meet the eligibility requirements (account not verified, suspended, or closed; did not receive direct communication about the promotion; or did not make a qualifying deposit)
• Your account does not meet the conditions (under 18 years old, or account in violation of Terms)
• You were not selected in the raffle draw (only 100 winners per period from all eligible participants)
• You reached the Monthly Cap of USD 50 per calendar month across all active promotions, and no additional rewards could be credited
• Your account was restricted, suspended, or excluded from participating in promotional campaigns
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or abuse of the promotion
