📌 What is the Loyalty Program?

The iCash.One Loyalty Program is a promotional rewards initiative that allows eligible users to earn loyalty points called iCoins based on qualifying deposits made directly through the iCash.One Digital Application. iCoins can be redeemed within the app for eligible rewards, benefits, or account credits.

iCoins do not represent money, electronic money, or stored value. They are loyalty points issued solely for promotional purposes and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold.

🗓️ When does the promotion run?

The Loyalty Program became effective on October 7, 2025, and continues until iCash.One communicates notice of termination. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time.

👤 Who is eligible?

• You must have an active account in the iCash.One Digital Application
• You must be over 18 years old
• Your account must be active, duly verified, and not subject to suspension or restriction
• You must have received direct communication about this Program

🎁 What benefit can I receive?

You earn iCoins for every US$1 (or equivalent in local currency) deposited directly through the iCash.One Digital Application. The number of iCoins you earn depends on your loyalty tier:

• Standard tier: 0.3 iCoins per US$1
• Silver tier: 0.5 iCoins per US$1
• Gold tier: 0.7 iCoins per US$1
• Platinum tier: 0.95 iCoins per US$1
• Diamond tier: 1.1 iCoins per US$1

Your loyalty tier is determined by your total cumulative deposits:

• Standard: $0 – $2,000
• Silver: $2,001 – $10,000
• Gold: $10,001 – $30,000
• Platinum: $30,001 – $100,000
• Diamond: $100,001+

Tiers are reviewed monthly, and your status may be upgraded automatically once your cumulative deposits reach the threshold for the next tier. Loyalty tier progress is cumulative and does not reset monthly.

💰 How will I receive the reward?

iCoins are credited to your account once your deposit is confirmed. You can redeem iCoins for eligible rewards, benefits, or account credits listed in the iCash.One app or website. You may start redeeming rewards once you have accumulated at least 1,000 iCoins. The redemption value is 100 iCoins = US$1 (or equivalent).

⏳ When will I receive the reward?

iCoins are credited to your account once your deposit is confirmed, but it may take some time for them to appear. Redemption options are available within the app once you reach the 1,000 iCoin minimum.

🚫 Can I withdraw or transfer the reward?

No. iCoins are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit outside of the iCash.One Digital Application. iCoins can only be redeemed within the app for eligible rewards, benefits, or account credits as listed.

❗ Why didn't I receive the reward?

You may not have received iCoins for the following reasons:

• Your account does not meet eligibility requirements (not verified, suspended, or restricted)
• You have not received direct communication about the Program
• Your deposit was made through a channel other than the iCash.One Digital Application (e.g., prepaid vouchers)
• Your deposit was refunded, reversed, or deemed fraudulent
• Your account is closed, suspended, or in violation of iCash.One's Terms of Use
• iCash.One has disqualified you from the Program due to suspected fraud, manipulation, or abuse
• A system error occurred; iCash.One reserves the right to adjust or correct iCoins balances to reflect accurate amounts
