• You must have an active account in the iCash.One Digital Application
• You must be over 18 years old
• Your account must be active, duly verified, and not subject to suspension or restriction
• You must successfully complete the Biometric Login setup for the first time during the Promotion Period
• Users who have previously enabled, disabled, or reset their Biometric Login do not qualify for this promotion more than once

🎁 What benefit can I receive?

You will receive a one-time reward of 500 raffle tickets upon successful completion of the Biometric Login setup.

💰 How will I receive the reward?

The raffle tickets will be credited directly to your iCash.One account's raffle ticket balance. iCash.One reserves the right to determine the timing and manner in which the raffle tickets are credited to your account.

⏳ When will I receive the reward?

The raffle tickets are credited upon successful completion of the Biometric Login setup. The exact timing of the credit is at iCash.One's discretion.

🚫 Can I withdraw or transfer the reward?

No. The raffle tickets granted under this promotion have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. They may only be used for participation in iCash.One's applicable raffle promotion in accordance with their respective terms and conditions.

❗ Why didn't I receive the reward?

You may not have received the reward for one of the following reasons:

• You did not meet the eligibility requirements (age, account status, or verification)
• You have previously enabled, disabled, or reset your Biometric Login and are not eligible for a repeat reward
• You did not successfully complete the Biometric Login setup during the Promotion Period
• Your account is subject to suspension or restriction
• iCash.One detected suspected fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with the promotion terms
• A technical or system error occurred
• iCash.One exercised its discretion to withhold or adjust the reward for risk, compliance, or internal policy reasons
