The Promo Rewards is a promotional campaign operated by iCash.One that offers eligible users a benefit—such as cashback or other rewards—when they complete a qualifying action designated by iCash.One. The benefit is credited automatically to your iCash.One account balance, with no action or claim required from you.

🗓️ When does the promotion run?

The Promo Rewards does not have a fixed calendar start or end date. It remains in effect on an ongoing basis until iCash.One modifies, suspends, or terminates it at its sole discretion. iCash.One may communicate specific time-related conditions for the promotion at any time, and may modify or discontinue those conditions without notice.

👤 Who is eligible?

• You must have an account in the iCash.One Digital Application.
• You must be over 18 years old.
• You must hold a valid iCash.One account that is active, duly verified, and not subject to suspension or restriction.
• You must have received direct communication from iCash.One about the Promo Rewards, which will specify the qualifying action, merchant (if applicable), benefit amount or percentage, and any cap.
• You must complete the qualifying action designated by iCash.One through the iCash.One Digital Application, within the territory communicated by iCash.One.
• iCash.One reserves the right to determine eligibility based on your transaction history.

🎁 What benefit can I receive?

The benefit you receive depends on the specific terms communicated to you by iCash.One. It may consist of cashback or any other type of reward or benefit. The amount, percentage, or calculation basis is determined by iCash.One and will be stated in the communication you receive about the promotion.

Your total benefit is subject to a cap, if any, communicated by iCash.One. Additionally, all rewards, cashbacks, and benefits credited across any and all active promotional campaigns cannot exceed USD 50 (or the equivalent in local currency) per calendar month.

💰 How will I receive the reward?

The benefit is credited automatically by iCash.One's system to your iCash.One Digital Application Account balance. No action or claim is required from you—provided you satisfy the eligibility condition and all other applicable requirements, the benefit will be credited automatically.

⏳ When will I receive the reward?

The benefit will be credited automatically to your iCash.One account within the timeframe communicated by iCash.One, provided that no technical or processing delays occur.

🚫 Can I withdraw or transfer the reward?

The benefit is credited to your account balance and is not a separate withdrawal or transfer. It is subject to the terms and conditions of your iCash.One account. Once a user reaches the applicable cap, no further benefit will be granted, even if additional qualifying actions are made.

❗ Why didn't I receive the reward?

You may not have received the reward for one or more of the following reasons:

• You did not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., account not active, verified, or in good standing).
• You did not receive direct communication from iCash.One about the Promo Rewards.
• You did not complete the qualifying action designated by iCash.One, or did not complete it within the designated territory or timeframe.
• You had already reached the applicable cap for this promotion or the monthly promotional reward cap of USD 50.
• Your account was found to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions or other applicable requirements.
• iCash.One determined that you engaged in suspected or intended fraud, manipulation, or abuse.
• iCash.One exercised its discretion to restrict, suspend, or exclude you from participating in the promotion based on internal eligibility criteria, risk assessment, or compliance considerations.
• A technical or processing delay occurred.
