📌 What is the Promo Rewards?

The Promo Rewards is a promotion operated by iCash.One that offers eligible users a benefit—which may consist of cashback or any other type of reward or benefit as determined by iCash.One—in connection with a qualifying deposit or other qualifying action.

The Promo Rewards does not have a fixed term. It remains in effect until iCash.One modifies, suspends, or terminates it at its sole discretion. iCash.One may indicate specific start dates, end dates, or other time-related conditions, and may modify or discontinue these at any time without notice.

👤 Who is eligible?

• You must have an account in the iCash.One Digital Application
• You must be over 18 years old
• You must hold a valid iCash.One account that is active, duly verified, and not subject to suspension or restriction
• You must have received direct communication from iCash.One about the Promo Rewards, which will establish the applicable Qualifying Action, Merchant (if applicable), Benefit, and Cap
• You must complete the Qualifying Action designated by iCash.One through the iCash.One Digital Application and, where applicable, in connection with the Merchant designated by iCash.One, within the territory communicated by iCash.One

🎁 What benefit can I receive?

The type of Benefit, the applicable amount, percentage, or other calculation basis, and any maximum reward cap are determined by iCash.One at its sole discretion and will be communicated to you directly. The Benefit may consist of cashback or any other type of reward or benefit as iCash.One determines.

💰 How will I receive the reward?

The Benefit will be credited automatically to your iCash.One Digital Application Account balance. No action or claim is required from you to receive the Benefit, provided you satisfy the Eligibility Condition and any other applicable requirement under the Terms and Conditions.

⏳ When will I receive the reward?

The Benefit will be credited automatically to your iCash.One account within the timeframe communicated by iCash.One, provided that no technical or processing delays occur.

🚫 Can I withdraw or transfer the reward?

The Benefit is credited to your account balance. The Terms and Conditions do not specify withdrawal or transfer rights for the Benefit itself. Your use of the credited amount is subject to your iCash.One account terms and conditions.

❗ Why didn't I receive the reward?

• You did not meet the eligibility requirements (age, account status, or account verification)
• You did not receive direct communication from iCash.One about the Promo Rewards
• You did not complete the Qualifying Action designated by iCash.One
• You did not complete the Qualifying Action within the specified territory
• Your account does not meet iCash.One's conditions (e.g., account is suspended or restricted)
• You have already reached the applicable reward cap for this promotion
• You have already reached the Monthly Cap of USD 50 for the calendar month (which applies globally across all concurrent promotions, except lottery-based campaigns)
• iCash.One has determined you are ineligible based on your transaction history
• iCash.One has suspended or terminated the promotion
• iCash.One has requested KYC documentation and you have not completed it to their satisfaction
• iCash.One has detected or suspected fraudulent activity or abuse
