The promotion is effective as of September 18, 2026. iCash.One reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

👤 Who is eligible?

• You must have an active iCash.One Digital Application account
• You must be over 18 years old
• Your account must be active, duly verified, and not subject to suspension or restriction
• You must have received direct communication about this Promotion from iCash.One

🎁 What benefit can I receive?

You will receive one or more Credits, as determined by iCash.One at its sole discretion. The amount and number of Credits will be communicated to you directly by iCash.One. Credits are provided in your account currency or converted to local currency at iCash.One's system conversion rates.

💰 How will I receive the reward?

Each Credit will be credited directly to your iCash.One account. You will receive a communication from iCash.One confirming that the Credit has been credited to your account.

⏳ When will I receive the reward?

Credits are credited to your account upon iCash.One's determination. You will receive a confirmation notification when the Credit is added to your account.

🚫 Can I withdraw or transfer the reward?

No. Each Credit is non-withdrawable for cash or any other purpose. Credits may only be used for transactions with affiliated iCash.One merchants through the iCash.One Digital Application. Additionally, iCash.One reserves the right to remove or revoke any unused Credit from your account if it remains unused for a period of time determined by iCash.One, without prior notice.

❗ Why didn't I receive the reward?

• You do not meet the eligibility requirements (account not active, verified, or in good standing)
• You did not receive direct communication about this Promotion from iCash.One
• You have reached the Monthly Cap of USD 50 for promotional rewards in the current calendar month
• iCash.One has determined you are ineligible based on its records and transaction history
• iCash.One has suspended or terminated the promotion
• Your account has been restricted or suspended
