📌 What is the February Add Balance Reward 30% promotion?

This is a limited-time promotion where eligible users receive a 30% reward on their Add Balance transaction made through the iCash.One app.

The reward is credited as bonus balance, up to a maximum of USD 10 (or local equivalent).

🗓️ When is the promotion running?

The promotion runs from February 20th, 2026, to March 18th, 2026 (both dates inclusive).

Add Balance transactions completed outside this period will not qualify.

👤 Who is eligible to participate?

To qualify, you must:

• Have an active and verified iCash.One account
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have received direct communication about this promotion
• Complete an Add Balance transaction during the promotion period

Eligibility is determined at iCash.One’s sole discretion based on internal records.

💳 What transactions qualify?

To receive the reward:

• You must use the Add Balance feature within the iCash.One app
• The transaction must be successfully completed during the promotion period

Only Add Balance transactions qualify. Other transaction types do not apply.

🔝 What is the maximum reward I can receive?

The maximum total reward per user during the entire promotion period is USD 10 (or local equivalent).

Once you reach the USD 10 cap, no further rewards will be granted — even if you continue adding balance.

🔄 Can I receive multiple rewards?

Yes, you may receive rewards on multiple Add Balance transactions until you reach the USD 10 maximum limit.

However:

• The reward applies per qualifying Add Balance transaction
• Once the cap is reached, additional transactions will not generate extra rewards

⚡ When is the reward credited?

The reward is credited immediately at the time of the Add Balance transaction, as additional bonus balance.

There may be a short delay due to processing times.

🚫 Can I withdraw the reward?

No.

The reward:

• Is credited as bonus balance
• Is non-withdrawable
• Must be used to make a deposit to an affiliated merchant

It cannot be transferred or cashed out.

🏦 How can I use the reward?

You may use the total available balance (including the reward) to deposit funds into any merchant adhered to iCash.One.

Merchant terms and conditions apply independently.

❗ Why didn’t I receive the reward?

You may not have received the reward if:

• You did not receive direct communication about the promotion
• Your account is restricted, suspended, or not verified
• The Add Balance transaction was made outside the promotion period
• You have already reached the USD 10 maximum limit
• The transaction was reversed, failed, or incomplete

⚠️ Can the reward be revoked?

Yes.

iCash.One reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or recover any reward credited:

• In case of fraud, abuse, or misuse
• If credited in error
• If account activity violates the Terms & Conditions

All determinations made by iCash.One are final and binding.
