💸 When will I receive the credit?

The credit is granted on February 26th, 2026, to eligible users.

No additional action is required if you meet the eligibility criteria.

⏳ How long is the credit valid?

The credit remains valid until March 8th, 2026.

If not used before this date, it will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance.

🏦 Can I withdraw the USD 5.5 credit?

No.

The credit is non-withdrawable and can only be used for transactions with affiliated iCash.One merchants through the app.

🔁 Can this promotion be combined with other offers?

No.

This promotion is not cumulative with previous, current, or future promotions, and does not combine with Loyalty Program upgrades or changes.

❗ Why didn’t I receive the credit?

You may not have received the credit if:

• You did not make your first-time deposit during February 2026

• You did not receive direct communication about the promotion

• Your account is not verified, active, or is restricted

• You already made a deposit before February 2026 (meaning it was not your first deposit)
