This promotion is invitation-only, meaning not all users qualify.

To be eligible, you must:

• Have an active iCash.One account

• Have a fully verified profile

• Be over 18 years old

• Have received direct communication (email, push notification, or in-app message) about the promotion

• Meet internal eligibility criteria based on your account activity and transaction history

👉 Eligibility is determined exclusively by iCash.One systems and records.

💸 When will I receive the credit?

The credit is automatically credited on March 19th, 2026 to all eligible users.

• No action is required

• No registration or opt-in is needed

• There may be slight delays due to processing times

If you are eligible, the credit should appear directly in your account balance.

⏳ How long is the credit valid?

The promotional credit is valid from March 19th, 2026 until April 20th, 2026 (inclusive).

• You can use it at any time during this period

• If the credit is not used before the expiration date, it will be automatically forfeited and removed from your account

• Any unused portion will also expire

🛍️ Where and how can I use the credit?

The credit can only be used:

• Within the iCash.One app

• For transactions with affiliated merchants

It cannot be used outside the platform or for unsupported transaction types.

🚫 Can I withdraw or transfer the credit?

No. The promotional credit:

• Is non-withdrawable

• Cannot be transferred to another user

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or any other value

It is strictly intended for use within the iCash.One ecosystem.

❗ Why didn’t I receive the credit?

There are several reasons why the credit may not have been applied:

• You did not receive direct communication about the promotion

• You do not meet the eligibility criteria defined by iCash.One

• Your account is:

  • Not verified

  • Inactive

  • Suspended or restricted

👉 Please note that eligibility decisions are final and based on internal records.

🙋 Do I need to do anything to redeem the credit?

No action is required.

If you are eligible:

• The credit is automatically applied to your account

• You simply need to log in and use it before it expires

⚠️ Can this promotion be combined with others?
