🧩 Who is eligible for this promotion?

To be eligible, you must:
• Have an active and verified iCash.One account
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have no restrictions or suspensions on your account
• Have received direct communication about the promotion

Please note that eligibility is determined by iCash.One based on internal criteria and transaction history.

💸 When will I receive the credit?

The credit is automatically credited to eligible users on March 20th, 2026. No action is required to receive it.

⏳ How long is the credit valid?

The credit is valid until April 2nd, 2026. If it is not used within this period, it will expire and be automatically removed from your account.

💳 How can I use the credit?

The credit can only be used for transactions with selected merchant websites through the iCash.One app, as specified in the promotion communication.

🚫 Can I withdraw or transfer the credit?

No. The credit is non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of value.

You may not have received the credit if:
• You did not meet the eligibility requirements
• You did not receive direct communication about the promotion
• Your account is not verified, inactive, or restricted
