📌 What is the Welcome Boost Promotion?
The Welcome Boost Promotion is a limited-time campaign where selected iCash.One users receive a one-time credit of USD 5.55 (or the equivalent in local currency).

This credit is granted directly to eligible users and can be used exclusively with selected merchant websites through the iCash.One app. It’s designed as a re-engagement incentive based on prior activity.

🧩 Who is eligible?
This promotion is available only to users who meet all of the following conditions:

• Received direct communication about the promotion from iCash.One
• Have an active, verified account with no restrictions
• Are 18 years or older
• Completed a First-Time Deposit (FTD) between March 12th and March 18th, 2026
• Had no transactions for at least 7 consecutive days after that deposit

📌 Eligibility is determined automatically based on iCash.One’s internal records.

💸 When will I receive the credit?
The credit is automatically applied on April 3rd, 2026 to eligible accounts.

You don’t need to take any action. In some cases, there may be a short delay due to processing times.

⏳ How long is the credit valid?
The credit is available from April 3rd to April 16th, 2026 (inclusive).

If not used within this period:

• The credit will expire automatically
• Any unused amount will be removed from your balance

💳 Where and how can I use the credit?

• The credit can only be used for transactions with selected merchants
• Transactions must be completed through the iCash.One app
• Availability of merchants may depend on the communication you received

🚫 Can I withdraw the credit?
No. The credit is non-withdrawable and cannot be:

• Transferred to another account
• Converted into cash
• Used outside the iCash.One ecosystem

❗ Why didn’t I receive the credit?
You may not have received the credit if:

• You did not meet one or more eligibility criteria
• You did not receive direct communication about the promotion
• Your account is unverified, inactive, restricted, or suspended
• Your transaction history does not match the required conditions

If you believe you qualify, please contact Support so your case can be reviewed.

🙋 Do I need to do anything to claim it?
No — if you’re eligible, the credit is automatically credited to your account.

You simply need to:

• Log in to your iCash.One account
• Use the credit before it expires

⚠️ Can this promotion be combined with others?
No. This promotion is not cumulative with other promotions, bonuses, or loyalty program changes.
