Please note that this monthly limit applies collectively across eligible promotions and does not include rewards obtained through iCash.One's lottery-based campaigns.
The monthly cap resets on the first day of each calendar month.

There are several reasons why cashback may not have been credited to your account, including:
● You did not receive direct communication from iCash.One regarding this promotion.
● Your deposit was made outside the promotion period.
● Your iCash.One account was inactive, unverified, restricted, suspended, or otherwise ineligible.
● You had already received the cashback associated with this one-time promotion.
● You had reached the applicable monthly promotional reward cap.
● Your account did not satisfy iCash.One's internal eligibility requirements based on transaction history and internal records.
