However, the maximum total cashback that a user can receive throughout the entire promotion is USD 10.60 (or the equivalent amount in local currency, as determined by iCash.One's conversion rates).

Once a user reaches this maximum limit, no additional cashback will be credited under this promotion, even if further qualifying deposits are made before the promotion ends.

⚡ When will I receive my cashback?

For eligible users, the cashback is credited automatically to the iCash.One account immediately after the qualifying deposit has been completed.

In some cases, there may be technical, operational, or processing delays that could affect the timing of the credit. If this occurs, the cashback may take a little longer to appear in your account balance.

👤 Who is eligible to participate?

To qualify for this promotion, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must have an active and verified iCash.One account.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Your account must not be suspended or subject to restrictions.
• You must have received direct communication from iCash.One about this promotion.
• You must meet the eligibility requirements determined by iCash.One based on your transaction history and internal criteria.

Eligibility is assessed at iCash.One's discretion in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the promotion.

❓ Why didn't I receive cashback?

There are several reasons why cashback may not have been credited to your account:

• You did not receive direct communication about the promotion.
• Your iCash.One account is inactive, restricted, suspended, or has not been fully verified.
• You did not meet the eligibility criteria established by iCash.One based on your transaction history.
• Your deposits were not completed during the promotion period.
• You had already reached the maximum promotional cashback limit of USD 10.60.
• You had already reached the monthly promotional rewards cap of USD 50 across active iCash.One campaigns.
• Technical or processing delays temporarily affected the cashback crediting process.

💰 Is there a monthly rewards limit?

Yes.

In addition to the individual cashback limit for this promotion, iCash.One applies a global monthly cap on promotional rewards.

The total amount of rewards, cashbacks, and promotional benefits credited through all active iCash.One promotions cannot exceed USD 50 per calendar month (or the equivalent in local currency).

This limit applies across all active promotional campaigns, with the exception of rewards obtained through iCash.One lottery-based promotions.

If you reach the monthly cap before the end of the month, any additional rewards that would otherwise be granted through other active promotions will not be credited.

The monthly cap resets on the first day of each calendar month.
