📌 What is the Welcome Boost Promotion?
The Welcome Boost Promotion is a limited-time campaign offered by iCash.One from June 12th to June 25th, 2026.
As part of this promotion, eligible users will receive a one-time promotional credit of USD 5.55 (or the equivalent amount in local currency, based on iCash.One's system conversion rates). This credit is added directly to the user's iCash.One account and can be used to make eligible transactions through the iCash.One Digital Application.
No registration, activation, or manual redemption is required. If you qualify for the promotion, the credit will be applied automatically.
🧩 Who is eligible for the promotion?
To participate in the Welcome Boost Promotion and receive the promotional credit, you must meet all of the following requirements:
● You must have an iCash.One account registered in the iCash.One Digital Application.
● You must be 18 years of age or older.
● Your iCash.One account must be active, fully verified, and not subject to any suspension or restriction.
● You must have received direct communication from iCash.One informing you about this specific promotion.
● Eligibility is determined solely by iCash.One based on its internal records and applicable transaction history. Meeting some of the requirements does not automatically guarantee participation if your account is not identified as eligible under iCash.One's criteria.
💸 When will I receive the credit?
Eligible users will receive the promotional credit automatically on June 12th, 2026.
The credit will be deposited directly into the eligible iCash.One account. You do not need to contact Support, complete any additional steps, or claim the reward manually.
Please note that, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, iCash.One reserves the right to determine eligibility based on its records.
⏳ How long is the credit valid?
The promotional credit will remain available from the date it is credited until June 25th, 2026.
If the credit, or any portion of it, has not been used by the end of the promotional validity period, it will automatically expire and will no longer be available in your account.
Once expired, the unused amount cannot be reinstated, transferred, or redeemed.
🛍️ Where can I use the credit?
The promotional credit may only be used for transactions made through the iCash.One Digital Application on the merchant websites specified in the communication you received from iCash.One regarding this promotion.
The credit cannot be used outside of these designated merchants or for any purpose not expressly permitted under the promotion.
🚫 Can I withdraw the USD 5.55 credit?
No.
The promotional credit is non-withdrawable, meaning it cannot be converted into cash, transferred to another user, withdrawn to a bank account, or exchanged for any alternative benefit.
It may only be used for eligible transactions as described in the promotion's Terms and Conditions.
❗ Why didn't I receive the credit?
There are several reasons why the promotional credit may not have been credited to your account, including:
● You did not receive direct communication from iCash.One about the Welcome Boost Promotion.
● Your iCash.One account is not active, verified, or is currently restricted or suspended.
● Based on iCash.One's records and transaction history, your account did not meet the eligibility requirements established for this campaign.
● You reached the applicable monthly promotional reward limit before the credit could be applied.

💰 Is there a limit to promotional rewards?
Yes.
Under iCash.One's promotional policy, the total aggregate amount of rewards, cashbacks, and promotional benefits credited to a user's account through all active promotional campaigns cannot exceed USD 50 (or the equivalent amount in local currency) per calendar month.
This monthly limit applies across multiple promotions running at the same time.
Once the monthly cap has been reached, any additional rewards that would otherwise be credited during that calendar month will not accrue or be applied.
Please note that lottery-based campaigns are excluded from this monthly cap.
