• Have received direct communication from iCash.One inviting you to participate in the promotion.

Eligibility is determined solely by iCash.One.

During your Gold Tier period, you will receive the benefits available to Gold members under the Loyalty Program, including:

⏳ How long does my Gold status last?

Your Gold Tier status remains active for two weeks from the date you receive the promotional communication from iCash.One.

🔄 What happens after my Gold status expires?

Once the promotional period or your promotional Gold Tier ends, your loyalty status will continue to be governed by the standard Loyalty Program rules.

Depending on whether you continue to meet the applicable requirements, your loyalty tier may remain the same, be upgraded, or be downgraded.

❓Why didn't I receive the Gold Tier upgrade?

This promotion is only available to users who satisfy all eligibility requirements.

You may not receive the upgrade if:

• You did not receive direct communication from iCash.One about the promotion.
• Your account is not active or fully verified.
• You do not meet the eligibility criteria determined by iCash.One based on its internal records and transaction history.
