🏆 What is The Gold Boost Promotion?

The Gold Boost Promotion is an exclusive campaign organized by iCash.One that grants selected users a temporary upgrade to the Gold loyalty tier within the Loyalty Program.

Users who qualify for this promotion will automatically receive Gold status and enjoy the benefits associated with that tier during the promotional period. No registration or additional action is required from eligible users.

📅 When does the promotion run?

The promotion is valid from June 18th to July 1st, 2026, both dates inclusive.

Eligible users will receive the Gold upgrade for two weeks starting from the date they receive the communication informing them that they have been selected for the promotion.

Once this period ends, users may retain, upgrade, or be downgraded from their current loyalty tier depending on whether they continue to meet the requirements established under the Loyalty Program.

✅ Who is eligible for this promotion?

To qualify for The Gold Boost Promotion, users must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have an active iCash.One account.
• Have an account that is fully verified.
• Have an account that is not suspended or subject to any restrictions.
• Have received direct communication from iCash.One inviting them to participate in this promotion.

Please note that eligibility is determined exclusively by iCash.One based on its internal records and applicable transaction history.

💰 What benefits do Gold members receive?

During the period in which the Gold status is active, eligible users will receive the benefits available to Gold members under the Loyalty Program.

These benefits include:

• Earning 0.7 iCoins for every USD 1 deposited.
• Preferential access to selected campaigns, promotions, dynamics, and rewards.
• An increased accumulation of benefits within the iCash.One ecosystem.

Additional benefits and conditions applicable to Gold members are governed by the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.

⏳ How long will my Gold status last?

Gold membership granted through this promotion will remain active for two weeks from the date you receive the promotional communication from iCash.One.

After this period ends, your loyalty status will be assessed according to the standard Loyalty Program requirements. As a result, your tier may remain the same, be upgraded, or be downgraded depending on your eligibility at that time.

❓ Why didn't I receive the Gold upgrade?

There are several reasons why you may not have received the Gold status upgrade, including:

• You did not receive direct communication from iCash.One regarding this promotion.
• Your iCash.One account is not verified.
• Your account is suspended or restricted.
• Based on iCash.One's records and transaction history, you were not identified as an eligible user for this campaign.

As stated in the Terms and Conditions, iCash.One reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
