📌 What is the Welcome Boost Promotion?
The Welcome Boost Promotion is a promotional campaign organized by iCash.One.
Under this promotion, eligible users will receive a one-time credit of USD 5.55 (or the equivalent amount in local currency, as determined by iCash.One’s system conversion rates) credited to their iCash.One account.
The credit may only be used on the merchant websites specified in the communication received from iCash.One and through the iCash.One Digital Application.
The promotion is available from June 19th, 2026, to July 2nd, 2026, both dates inclusive.
🧩 Who is eligible for the promotion?
To be eligible for the Welcome Boost Promotion, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Have an account in the iCash.One Digital Application.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid iCash.One account that is active, duly verified, and not subject to suspension or restriction.
- Have received direct communication about this promotion from iCash.One.
Please note that iCash.One reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion based on its records and applicable transaction history.
💸 When will I receive the credit?
Eligible users will receive the promotional credit on June 19th, 2026.
The credit will be credited to the user's iCash.One account on a one-time basis.
The amount credited may be provided in local currency equivalent, as determined by iCash.One’s system conversion rates.
🛒 Where can I use the credit?
The promotional credit may be used solely for transactions on the established merchant websites referenced in the communication received from iCash.One.
The credit must be used through the iCash.One Digital Application.
🚫 Can I withdraw the USD 5.55 credit?
No.
The promotional credit is non-withdrawable and may not be used for cash withdrawal or any other purpose.
⏳ How long is the credit valid?
The promotional credit will remain valid from June 19th, 2026, until July 2nd, 2026.
If the credit remains unused after July 2nd, 2026, it will be forfeited and will no longer be available for use.
Upon expiry of the validity period, any unused portion of the credit will automatically lapse and the equivalent amount will be deducted from the user's account.
❗ Why didn't I receive the credit?
You may not have received the promotional credit if:
- You do not have an iCash.One account.
- You are under 18 years old.
- Your account is not active or duly verified.
- Your account is subject to suspension or restriction.
- You did not receive direct communication about the promotion.
- iCash.One determined that you are not eligible based on its records or applicable transaction history.
Eligibility is determined solely by iCash.One.
📊 Is there a limit on promotional rewards?
Yes.
The total aggregate amount of rewards, cashbacks, and benefits credited to a user's iCash.One account through all active promotional campaigns may not exceed USD 50 (or the applicable local currency equivalent) per calendar month.
If a user reaches this monthly cap before the end of the calendar month, any additional rewards or benefits that would otherwise be credited under active promotions will not be accrued or credited.
The monthly cap resets on the first day of each calendar month.
