Only qualifying deposits successfully completed during this period are eligible for cashback. Deposits made before the start date or after the end date of the promotion will not qualify.

Eligible users will receive 50% cashback on their next qualifying deposit made during the promotion period.
The maximum cashback reward available under this promotion is USD 10.60 (or the equivalent amount in local currency, based on iCash.One's applicable conversion rates).
The cashback amount is calculated automatically by iCash.One's systems based on the value of the qualifying deposit.
✅ Who is eligible for the promotion?
To participate in the Second Chance Cashback Promotion, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold a valid iCash.One account that is active and fully verified.
- Have an account that is not restricted, suspended, or otherwise limited.
- Have received direct communication from iCash.One regarding this promotion.
- Complete a qualifying deposit during the promotion period.

💰 When will I receive my cashback?

🔄 Can I receive cashback more than once?
No.
This promotion applies only to your next qualifying deposit during the promotion period.
Once the cashback has been credited for that qualifying deposit, the promotion is considered exhausted for that user and no additional cashback will be granted under this campaign.
💳 What qualifies as a qualifying deposit?
A qualifying deposit is a deposit made through iCash.One to any affiliated merchant during the promotion period by an eligible user.
The deposit must be successfully completed and comply with all applicable promotion requirements and account eligibility conditions.
⚠️ Is there a limit to promotional rewards?
Yes.
In addition to the maximum cashback available under this promotion, iCash.One applies a monthly promotional rewards cap.
The total combined amount of rewards, cashbacks, bonuses, and promotional benefits credited to a user's iCash.One account through active promotional campaigns cannot exceed USD 50 per calendar month (or the equivalent in local currency).
This limit applies across all active promotions and campaigns, except for rewards obtained through iCash.One lottery-based promotions.
If a user reaches the monthly cap before the end of the month, any additional rewards that would otherwise be credited will not be accrued or credited.
The monthly cap resets on the first day of each calendar month.
❗ Why didn't I receive my cashback?
There are several reasons why cashback may not have been credited to your account, including:
- You did not receive direct communication about the promotion.
- Your deposit was completed outside the promotion period.
- Your account is not active or fully verified.
- Your account is suspended, restricted, or otherwise ineligible.
- You have already received the cashback associated with your next qualifying deposit.
- You have reached the monthly promotional rewards cap applicable to your account.
- Technical or operational delays are affecting the cashback credit process.
