📌 What is the Welcome Boost Promotion?

The Welcome Boost Promotion is a limited-time offer organized by iCash.One. During the promotion period, eligible users will receive a one-time promotional credit of USD 5.55 (or the equivalent amount in local currency, based on iCash.One's system conversion rates).

The credit is automatically added to eligible users' iCash.One accounts and can only be used for transactions on the merchant websites specified in the promotional communication received from iCash.One. The credit cannot be withdrawn as cash or used for any other purpose.

The promotion runs from June 26th, 2026, until July 9th, 2026, inclusive.

🧩 Who is eligible to receive the credit?

To qualify for the Welcome Boost Promotion, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Have an iCash.One account registered in the iCash.One Digital Application
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have an active and fully verified iCash.One account
• Have received direct communication from iCash.One about this promotion
• Meet the eligibility requirements determined by iCash.One based on its records and applicable transaction history

Please note that eligibility is determined solely by iCash.One.

💸 When will I receive the credit?

Eligible users will receive the promotional credit automatically in their iCash.One account on June 26th, 2026.

No action is required to receive the credit if you meet the promotion requirements.

⏳ How long is the credit valid?

The promotional credit will be available from June 26th, 2026, and will remain valid until July 9th, 2026.

The credit must be used before the end of the validity period.

🚫 Can I withdraw the promotional credit?

No. The promotional credit is non-withdrawable.

It may only be used for transactions on the merchant websites specified in the promotional communication received from iCash.One and completed through the iCash.One Digital Application.

The credit cannot be exchanged for cash or used for any purpose other than those established in the promotion.

❗ What happens if I do not use the credit before it expires?

If the promotional credit is not used by July 9th, 2026, it will automatically expire.

Any unused portion of the credit will no longer be available for use and will be removed from your account balance after the validity period ends.

💰 Is there a limit on promotional rewards?

Yes.

Under iCash.One's promotional policy, the total combined amount of rewards, cashback, and promotional benefits credited to a user's account through all active promotions cannot exceed USD 50 (or the equivalent in local currency) per calendar month.

If a user reaches this monthly limit, any additional promotional rewards that would otherwise be credited during that month may not be accrued or credited.

❓ Why didn't I receive the promotional credit?

There may be several reasons why the credit was not credited to your account, including:

• You did not receive direct communication about the promotion from iCash.One
• Your account is not active, verified, or is subject to suspension or restriction
• You do not meet the eligibility requirements established for the promotion
• You have reached the monthly promotional reward cap applicable to your account
• Based on iCash.One's records and transaction history, your account was not selected as eligible for this promotion

🙋 Do I need to do anything to claim the credit?

No.

The promotional credit is applied automatically to eligible accounts on the crediting date. If you qualify for the promotion, no registration, activation, or additional action is required.
