I didn’t receive my iCoins. What can I do?

Usually, iCoins are credited to your account shortly after making a deposit at authorized merchants.
 

In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for the iCoins to appear in your Rewards balance.

 

If more than 24 hours have passed and your iCoins are still missing, please contact our Support team with the transaction details so we can review it.
