Expiration of iCoins

iCoins are valid for 12 months from the day they are earned.
For example, iCoins collected in July 2024 must be redeemed before August 1, 2025. We’ll remind you as the expiration date gets closer.

 

My iCoins have expired. What can I do?

Once iCoins expire, they cannot be recovered.
To make the most of your rewards, remember to redeem your iCoins before the expiration date.

    Payment Expired but Amount Debited – Please Resolve

    Hello Support Team,

    I made a UPI payment of ₹1,999.55 for my deposit, and the amount was successfully debited from my bank account. However, the payment status on your platform is showing “Payment Expired”, and the amount has not been credited to my account.

    Here are my payment details:

    • Payment ID: 501338915
    • Amount Paid: ₹1,999.55
    • UPI Ref ID: 622570401832
    • Transaction ID: NEF8658fa11548945589af7cfedca52c2af
    • Payment Date & Time: 13 August 2026, 9:36 PM

    I have attached the payment proof/screenshot for verification.

    Please check this transaction and either credit the amount to my account or process a refund as soon as possible.
