Sir, I did not pay to any outside person. I paid to the UPI ID shown by YOUR APP. Akil Ahmed is YOUR merchant. Paytm confirms he received money in his Merchant Business account.
So it is not my fault. It is your merchant's fault. You are responsible for your merchant.
Please credit Rs. 4,955.75 to my iCash account.
