• Have an active, valid, and fully verified iCash.One account
• Be 18 years old or older
• Access and perform the Top Up through the iCash.One web application (not mobile or other channels)
• Have received direct communication (such as email, push notification, or in-app message) about this promotion

Please note that eligibility is determined based on iCash.One’s internal criteria, including account status and transaction history.

💸 How does the cashback work?
When you complete a qualifying Top Up through the web app during the promotion period, you will receive 30% of the transaction amount back as cashback.

For example:

• If you Top Up USD 10 → you receive USD 3 cashback
• If you Top Up USD 50 → you receive USD 10 cashback (maximum cap reached)

The cashback is calculated automatically and applied instantly after the transaction is successfully completed.

⏱️ When will I receive the cashback?
The cashback is credited immediately after completing your Top Up through the web application.

In some cases, there may be a short delay due to processing times, but it should appear in your account balance shortly after the transaction.

💰 Is there a maximum cashback amount?
Yes. The maximum cashback you can receive during this promotion is USD 10 (or the equivalent in your local currency), regardless of the number or size of your transactions.

📊 Can I receive cashback on multiple transactions?
Yes, you can make multiple Top Ups during the promotion period. However, the total cashback accumulated cannot exceed USD 10 per user.

🚫 Can I withdraw the cashback?
No. The cashback is credited as bonus balance, which means:

• It is non-withdrawable
• It cannot be transferred to other accounts
• It must be used exclusively to deposit funds with iCash.One affiliated merchants

🏦 How can I use the cashback?
You can use the cashback together with your regular balance to make deposits with any merchant affiliated with iCash.One.

iCash.One is not responsible for the services or outcomes related to those merchants.

❗ Why didn’t I receive the cashback?
There are several reasons why the cashback may not have been applied:

• You did not access or complete the transaction through the web application
• You were not part of the targeted audience for this promotion
• You did not receive direct communication about the promotion
• Your account is not verified, inactive, restricted, or suspended
• The transaction was made outside the promotion period
• The system determined that the transaction did not meet eligibility criteria
