Instead of receiving rewards automatically, users must manually access the promotion interface and click the “Claim” button to obtain them.

This promotion is designed to encourage daily engagement, giving users multiple opportunities each day to claim rewards such as raffle tickets or other benefits.

🎟️ How do I get rewards?
To receive rewards, you need to:

1. Open the iCash.One app
2. Navigate to the Claim Reward section
3. Click the “Claim” button

Each time you click the button (within the allowed limits), the system will process your request and assign a reward if applicable.

👉 Important: Rewards are not granted automatically — they are only given when you actively click the Claim button.

🔢 Is there a daily limit?
Yes. Each eligible user can claim up to 15 raffle tickets per day.

This limit is:
• Predefined by the system
• Automatically enforced
• Reset daily

Once you reach the limit, you will need to wait until the next day to continue claiming rewards (unless additional allocations are granted by iCash.One under specific conditions).

🎁 What kind of rewards can I receive?
Rewards may vary and are assigned automatically by iCash.One’s system based on internal criteria.

They may include:
• Raffle tickets
• Promotional bonuses
• Other special benefits

The type and amount of rewards are not manually selected and may differ between users.

👤 Who is eligible to participate?
To participate in the promotion, you must meet the following conditions:

• Have an active iCash.One account
• Complete all required identity verification (KYC)
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have an account that is not suspended, restricted, or closed

Additionally, in some cases:

💸 Can I withdraw or transfer my rewards?
No. Rewards obtained through this promotion come with the following restrictions:

• They cannot be withdrawn as cash
• They cannot be transferred to another user
• They cannot be exchanged for money

Rewards can only be used within the iCash.One ecosystem, typically with affiliated merchants and under the platform’s general terms.

❗ Why didn’t I receive a reward?

• You did not click the Claim button
• You have already reached your daily claim limit

• The system did not assign a reward at that specific attempt

⚙️ Can results be changed after claiming?
No. Once you click the “Claim” button and a reward is assigned:

• The result is final
• It cannot be modified, reversed, or exchanged
• It is permanently recorded in the system
