📌 What is the We Miss You July Promotion?

The We Miss You July Promotion is a limited-time campaign organized by iCash.One. During the promotion period, eligible users will receive a one-time promotional credit of USD 5 (or the equivalent amount in local currency, based on iCash.One’s system conversion rates).

The credit is automatically added to eligible users’ iCash.One accounts and can be used to make transactions with iCash.One affiliated merchants through the iCash.One Digital Application.

The promotion runs from June 22nd, 2026, to July 22nd, 2026, inclusive.

🧩 Who is eligible to receive the credit?

To be eligible for the promotion, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid iCash.One account.
• Have an account that is active, verified, and not restricted or suspended.
• Have received direct communication from iCash.One informing you about this promotion.
• Meet the eligibility criteria determined by iCash.One based on its internal records and transaction history.

Please note that eligibility is determined solely by iCash.One.

💸 When will I receive the credit?

Eligible users will receive the promotional credit automatically on June 22nd, 2026.

No registration, activation, or additional action is required to receive the credit. If you qualify for the promotion, the credit will be credited directly to your iCash.One account.

⏳ How long is the credit valid?

The promotional credit is valid from June 22nd, 2026, until July 22nd, 2026.

If the credit is not used before the end of the validity period, it will automatically expire and will no longer be available in your account.

Any unused portion of the credit will be forfeited after July 22nd, 2026.

🛒 How can I use the promotional credit?

The promotional credit can only be used for transactions made with iCash.One affiliated merchants through the iCash.One Digital Application.

The credit is intended exclusively for eligible purchases and transactions available within the iCash.One ecosystem.

🚫 Can I withdraw the USD 5 credit?

No.

The promotional credit is non-withdrawable and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used for any purpose other than eligible transactions with affiliated merchants through the iCash.One app.

❗ Why didn’t I receive the credit?

There are several reasons why the credit may not have been credited to your account:

• You did not receive direct communication from iCash.One about the promotion.
• Your account is not active or verified.
• Your account is suspended, restricted, or otherwise ineligible.
• You do not meet the eligibility criteria established by iCash.One based on your account and transaction history.
• You have reached the applicable promotional reward limits under iCash.One’s promotional program rules.

If you believe you meet all the eligibility requirements and have not received the credit, please contact our Support Team.

💰 Is there a limit on promotional rewards?

Yes.

Under iCash.One’s promotional program rules, the total amount of rewards, cashbacks, and promotional benefits credited to a user's account from all active promotions cannot exceed USD 50 per calendar month (or the equivalent in local currency), unless otherwise specified.

Once this monthly limit is reached, additional promotional rewards may not be credited.

🙋 Do I need to do anything to redeem the credit?

No.

If you are eligible, the promotional credit will be automatically credited to your account. You can simply log in to your iCash.One account and use the credit before it expires.
