What is a merchant cashout voucher?
When you request a withdrawal from a partner website using the iCash.One Voucher method, a voucher code may be sent to the email address registered during the transaction.
Depending on the transaction flow, the voucher may also be made available through the voucher section.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the partner website, but vouchers are usually delivered within a few minutes once the withdrawal is completed.
Can I withdraw voucher funds to my iCash.One account balance?
No. iCash.One vouchers cannot be added directly to your iCash.One account balance.
Voucher funds and funds added through Top Up are managed separately.
To redeem a voucher, you must use the voucher flow or contact an authorized local reseller available in your country.
I haven’t received my voucher. What should I check?
Please make sure to:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm that your email address has been successfully verified.
- Log in using the same email address used during the transaction.
- Check the My Vouchers section in your iCash.One app or portal.

You can view and manage your vouchers from the My Vouchers section in your iCash.One app.
You may also be able to access voucher details through the secure portal, depending on the flow used for your transaction.
