What is the difference between My Vouchers and Top Up?

What is My Vouchers?

The My Vouchers section allows you to view and manage your available vouchers.

From there, you can access your voucher details and copy the voucher code to use it on supported partner websites.

What is Top Up?

The Top Up section is used to add funds directly to your iCash.One account using the available payment methods.

This is a separate flow from vouchers.

Are My Vouchers and Top Up the same?

No. My Vouchers and Top Up are separate flows.

Vouchers must be used through the voucher flow on supported partner websites or redeemed through available authorized reseller options.

Funds added through Top Up follow the regular account top-up flow.

Can I move voucher funds to my iCash.One account balance?

No. Voucher funds cannot be moved or added directly to your iCash.One account balance.

If you have a voucher, it must be used through the voucher flow on supported partner websites or redeemed through available authorized reseller options.
