How do I deposit using a voucher?

To deposit using a voucher:

1. Open the My Vouchers section in your iCash.One app.
2. Select the voucher you want to use.
3. Copy the voucher code.
4. Go to the partner website.
5. Select voucher payment as the payment method.
6. Enter your voucher code.
7. Confirm the transaction.

Once the voucher is successfully used, it will no longer be available in your voucher list.

How long does it take for the deposit to be credited?

Deposits are usually credited instantly once the voucher code is confirmed by the partner website.

In some cases, processing may take a few minutes depending on the partner website.

What happens if I enter the wrong voucher code?

You may receive an error message. Please double-check the voucher code and try again.

Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code when copying and pasting it.

Can I use multiple vouchers for one deposit?

No. Only one voucher can be used per transaction.

Can I use the same voucher more than once?

No. Each voucher can only be used once.

After a voucher is successfully used, it becomes unavailable for future transactions.
