How do I create an account?
To create an account:
- Go to the iCash.One app or portal website.
- Click Create Account.
- Enter your personal details.
- Confirm your email address.
Why do I need to verify my email?
Email verification is required to activate your account and receive your vouchers.
It also helps us make sure vouchers and account information are delivered to the correct recipient.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Can I have more than one account?
No. Only one account per user is allowed for security and compliance reasons.
Should I use the same email for voucher transactions?
Yes. We recommend using the same email address linked to your iCash.One account when completing voucher-related transactions.
This helps avoid delays and makes it easier to locate and review your voucher details if you need support.
