📌 What is the Welcome Boost Promotion?
The Welcome Boost Promotion is a limited-time offer designed to reward selected users with a one-time credit of USD 5.55 (or the equivalent in local currency).

This credit is automatically added to eligible users’ iCash.One accounts and can be used to make transactions with selected affiliated merchants through the app.

This is a targeted promotion, meaning it is only available to users who meet specific eligibility criteria and have been directly invited to participate.

🧩 Who is eligible for this promotion?
To qualify for the Welcome Boost Promotion, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Have an active, verified iCash.One account in good standing (not suspended or restricted)
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have received direct communication from iCash.One about this promotion
• Have completed a First-Time Deposit (FTD) between March 19th and March 25th, 2026
• Have not made any transactions starting from the 7th day after your First-Time Deposit

Eligibility is determined automatically based on your account activity and internal records. If you meet all criteria, no additional action is required.

💸 When will I receive the credit?
The credit is automatically credited to eligible users on April 10th, 2026.

There is no need to claim or activate it manually. Once credited, you will be able to see it reflected in your iCash.One balance.

In some cases, there may be a short delay due to processing times, but it should appear on the same day.

⏳ How long is the credit valid?
The promotional credit is available from April 10th, 2026 until April 22nd, 2026 (inclusive).

This means you have a limited window to use it. After April 22nd, 2026, any unused portion of the credit will:

• Expire automatically
• Be removed from your account
• No longer be available for use

We recommend using the credit before the expiration date to avoid losing it.

💳 How can I use the credit?
The credit can only be used to make payments with selected affiliated merchants through the iCash.One app.

It cannot be used for:

• Cash withdrawals
• Transfers
• Any use outside of the supported merchant ecosystem

The list of eligible merchants may be included in the communication you received about the promotion.

🚫 Can I withdraw the credit?
No. The promotional credit is strictly non-withdrawable.

It is intended solely for use within the iCash.One platform for transactions with affiliated merchants. Any unused balance cannot be converted to cash or transferred.

❗ Why didn’t I receive the credit?
If you did not receive the credit, it may be due to one or more of the following reasons:

• You do not meet one or more eligibility requirements
• You did not receive direct communication about the promotion
• Your account is not verified, inactive, restricted, or suspended
• You continued making transactions after the inactivity requirement (after day 7 from your FTD)
• Your activity does not match iCash.One’s internal eligibility criteria

Please note that eligibility is determined at iCash.One’s discretion based on system records.

🙋 Do I need to do anything to redeem the credit?
No action is required.

If you are eligible, the credit will be automatically applied to your account. You simply need to:

1. Log in to your iCash.One account
2. Use the credit with an eligible merchant
3. Make sure to use it before it expires

⚠️ Can this promotion be combined with others?
No. This promotion is not cumulative with other promotions, bonuses, or loyalty program benefits unless explicitly stated otherwise.
