🎉 What is the Second Chance Cashback Promotion?

The Second Chance Cashback Promotion is a limited-time offer organized by iCash.One for selected users who meet the eligibility requirements.

During the promotion period, eligible users can receive 50% cashback on their next qualifying deposit made through iCash.One with any affiliated merchant.

The cashback is calculated automatically based on the amount of the qualifying deposit and is credited directly to the user’s iCash.One account.

The maximum cashback that can be awarded under this promotion is USD 10.60 (or the equivalent amount in local currency, according to iCash.One’s conversion rates).

📅 When is the promotion available?

The promotion is valid from June 19th, 2026, through July 2nd, 2026, both dates inclusive.

Only qualifying deposits successfully completed during this period are eligible for cashback. Deposits made before or after these dates will not qualify.

✅ Who is eligible to participate?

To participate in this promotion, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have an active and verified iCash.One account.
• Not have an account that is suspended, restricted, or otherwise ineligible.
• Have received direct communication from iCash.One regarding this promotion.
• Meet the eligibility criteria determined by iCash.One based on internal records and transaction history.

Please note that eligibility is determined solely by iCash.One.

💸 How much cashback can I receive?

Eligible users will receive 50% cashback on their next qualifying deposit made during the promotion period.

For example, if you make a qualifying deposit of USD 20, you may receive USD 10 cashback.

The maximum cashback available through this promotion is USD 10.60 (or the equivalent amount in local currency).

🔄 How many times can I receive the cashback?

This promotion is available only once per eligible user.

Once the cashback for the qualifying deposit has been credited to your account, your participation in this promotion is considered complete and no additional cashback will be awarded under this campaign.

⏱️ When will I receive my cashback?

The cashback is credited automatically to your iCash.One account after the qualifying deposit has been successfully completed.

While cashback is generally processed shortly after the deposit, there may occasionally be delays caused by technical, operational, or third-party processing factors.

❗ Why didn’t I receive cashback?

There are several reasons why cashback may not have been credited, including:

• Your deposit was made outside the promotion period.
• You did not receive direct communication about the promotion.
• Your account is not active, verified, or eligible.
• Your account is restricted or suspended.
• You have already received cashback under this promotion.
• You reached the monthly promotional reward limit applicable to your account.
• Technical or operational issues delayed or prevented the cashback credit.

📊 What is the monthly promotional reward cap?

iCash.One applies a global monthly limit to promotional rewards.

The total amount of rewards, cashbacks, and promotional benefits credited to a user through all active promotions cannot exceed USD 50 per calendar month (or the equivalent amount in local currency).

This monthly cap applies across all promotions running at the same time, except for rewards obtained through lottery-based campaigns.

If the monthly cap is reached, any additional promotional rewards that would otherwise be credited during that month will not be awarded.

The monthly cap resets on the first day of each calendar month.
